TEACH
Martial Arts - with a basis in Tae Kwon Do, we instruct how to safely perform flips, twists, and kicks for people of all ages!
Dance - Choreography Hip Hop, lockin, poppin, fresstylin', strutin, among several other styles of expression we teach you how move with others and get you ready to perform on a live stage!
Fitness - functional movement conditioning that is used among professional athletes, Hollywood stunt teams, MMA fighters, people that want to have more energy during the day, and people who want to get back into shape. We use everything from Kettlebells to Calistenics to get you to where you want to be!
PERFORM
We Perform weekly on live stages, clubs and concerts to create a positve vibe in a club or get the crowd hyped for artists like Soldier Boy, Neyo or Monique Martinez. We've represented for Grid State all over the Bay and acorss the country in New York on BET!
We have classes nightly starting at 6:30pm!
